brendan. i use H. xk1 . after years of heavy use the keys tap out and click a little too loud . i can only hear them with low volume but they seem to be in need of a damper or felt . is hearing this noise my only option on xk1 or is a key fix method available? Thanks Mike B.
Hi Mike,
Thanks For Contacting Me. I Hope You Are Able To Get This Worked Out. I’m TYping In My Cell Phone, Which Seems To Want To Capitalize Every Word.
I Have Heard of People Having This Problem After Years Of Use And From The Wear And tear instruments Go Through. I Believe The Keybed Is The Same As Some High End Synths, But Not Identical To A Classic Hammond. From Reference With Other Players, Trying To Put In Felt Doesnt Really Work To Rid The Clicking. You Mentioned The Keys Tap Out. Do They Physically Come Out Of The Keyboard, Or Does The Output Fade In And Out?
